Step into the role

We are seeking a Program Manager with a high degree of business acumen to lead and manage the successful delivery of MilDef tactical IT solutions in Denmark and the Nordics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the delivery of IT solutions to both strategic B-2-G accounts and key B-2-B customers.

You are responsible for developing, maintaining and managing long-term relationships with our key strategic customers in line with our growth trajectory. The role requires a high degree of business acumen, and a strong combination of short-term business drive and long-term business planning, technical understanding, and sales drive to achieve results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end execution of tactical IT programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop and manage relationships with strategic key customers and business partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.  
• Identify customer requirements and propose solutions that add business value both for the customer and MilDef.    
• Guide the business from the idea stage to a long-term business relationship, ensuring value transfer throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and requirements analysis to closing and follow-up. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and business objectives and achieve success.  

What you bring

To be successful in the role, we believe you possess many of the below traits:

• Excellent program management skills and business acumen with an urge to close deals.
• Proven ability to manage multi-faceted programs, balancing technical and business priorities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical understanding of military-graded IT solutions.
• Experience from working with governments and industry in the defence or related sector.
• A structured and organized approach.
• Fluent in English. Mastering one of the Nordic languages is considered a plus.
