Do you want to be on the forefront of our business and collaborate with all MilDef companies?
As a Technical Account Manage in the Bid Office team, you will serve as the crucial link between the Sales team and Operations, ensuring MilDef Sales receives prompt and accurate product and business support from requirements to order. This role requires a customer-focused mindset and staying up to date with the market by leveraging relationships with MilDef Sales, customers, and key suppliers. A deep understanding of MilDef's internal networks and teams is essential.
As a technical expert on the MilDef product line, you will collaborate with the Sales team throughout the entire opportunity cycle, from RFI/RFQ and pricing to addressing system-level technical queries. You must work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to deliver winning bids to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as technical expert on the MilDef product portfolio, supporting Sales throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver quotations to Sales.
- Pricing and technical support on RFIs and RFQs.
- Advise on suitable products and system platforms, balancing technical and commercial considerations.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and quality requirements.
- Take commercial responsibility for new concepts and customer development projects.
- Act as a technical resource at customer meetings and industry exhibitions.
What you bring
- Deep technical knowledge in computer and network technologies.
- Proven experience in technical sales or a Technical Account Management role.
- Experience with military standards on both technical and quality requirements.
- Ability to articulate technical issues in an understandable way.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- A military background is considered a very valuable experience.
