I'm a Legal Counsel at MilDef. My workdays vary a lot! In short, together with my legal eagles, I serve the entire group by providing specialist legal support in a wide range of core business matters such as commercial contracts, M&A, investments, intellectual property and corporate governance. My work also includes representing the group in negotiations and dispute resolution, leading the development and implementation of company-wide legal strategies, giving advice in legal matters related to the stock exchange and MilDef's status as a listed company as well as in ethical, sustainability and regulatory matters related to being in the defense sector.

I appreciate the overall experience. Working for a company that values my contributions, collaborating with incredibly kind and accommodating colleagues, and having the opportunity to learn new things (often thanks to the generous sharing of knowledge by my colleagues) are all aspects I cherish. Additionally, MilDef's high integrity is extremely important given our industry, and it makes me proud to be part of such an organization.

I feel the proudest when, together with my colleagues, we successfully complete a long-term project together.​

It would be a day spent at the summer house on Öland, filled with exercise together with my husband, time at the beach, reading books in the hammock for my children, and a delicious dinner with my family, accompanied by the songs of swallows and the chirping of crickets.​

I am the Business Area Manager for Solutions at MilDef. My role includes the strategic development responsibility for our Solutions business area, as well as being the responsible leader for our project management office at Solutions in Helsingborg. I serve as the link between our sales channels and our technology department to ensure that we can win larger and more complex deals while also making sure we have the right conditions to deliver them.

No day is ever the same, constant new challenges and opportunities, where I get to be part of finding solutions together with amazing colleagues. I love having the ability to make an impact and contribute to a safer society!

At work, I get energized by stepping into new, unexplored areas where I can use my experience to provide a clear and inspiring vision for the way forward. In my free time, hunting with my dog is something I try to dedicate a lot of my time to. It is a great way to recharge, reflect, and also a rewarding experience when my dog gets to do what he loves the most.

There is a strong sense of community at MilDef. We are social and make sure to have fun together, which makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. We focus a lot on social activities and collaboration, and through that, we build strong relationships and a sense of belonging that makes MilDef a fantastic workplace.

I appreciate the teamwork, the inclusive culture, and the opportunity to take on new challenges. I am proud to be a part of MilDef. It's also important to me that we promote health and movement, as I am a very active person who likes to exercise and stay active. I am also happy that we actively participate in charity projects to make a positive difference in the community.

For me, it is important to have fun at work. We spend a large part of our time here, and working with a smile makes everything so much better. In my private life, I get a lot of energy from running, it is my time to clear my mind and recharge. But of course, it is also my family and my children who give me the greatest joy and energy in everyday life.
