Key responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement category strategies focusing on supplier optimization, supply chain resilience, and cost savings.

• Partnership Management: Build, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure high performance and compliance.

• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Proactively address supplier and operational challenges in collaboration with Operations, Product Management, and R&D teams.

• Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends to identify new opportunities for MilDef.

What you bring

• Proven experience in category management and strategic planning.

• Strong negotiation skills and a keen understanding of the business landscape.

• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and prioritize effectively.

• Good analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Understanding of mechanical and cables commodities.

• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
