Step into the role
As HR Business Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and developing the future HRBP function in an international organization experiencing strong growth. Combining strategic HR development with close business partnership, you will drive how HR creates value across countries, functions, and leadership teams. You will contribute to building a more aligned, scalable, and business-oriented organization while coaching and developing the HRBP function globally.
Key responsibilities
HRBP Function Development
Drive the development of the HRBP function’s effectiveness and business impact
Establish common HRBP ways of working, tools, and expectations globally
Coach and support HR Business Partners in complex organizational and business matters
Develop HRBP capabilities and ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery
Act as a role model and culture ambassador for HR
Organizational Development & Growth
Drive organizational development in line with company growth and transformation
Ensure alignment in leadership, culture, and employeeship across countries and functions
Translate HR strategies and processes into business value
Support harmonization across organizations and geographies
Business Partnership
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to leaders and local management teams
Support leaders in organization, leadership, talent, and change-related matters
Translate business needs into organizational priorities and capability initiatives
Handle complex organizational, labor law, and transformation-related matters
Identify capability risks and future organizational needs
What you bring
Extensive experience as a senior HR Business Partner in an international environment
Strong experience in organizational development, leadership development, and change management
Experience developing HR processes, structures, or HRBP functions in growing organizations
Ability to coach, challenge, and develop HR professionals and leaders
Experience from technology, industrial, manufacturing, and/or regulated environments
Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English
Meritorious
Experience from global organizations and matrix structures
Experience from integrations, transformations, or large-scale organizational change
Experience from defense industry or other highly regulated businesses
Experience from software and/or hardware-driven organizations
