We are expanding our organization to support our continued growth and are now looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Helsingborg.

The Program Manager is accountable for the total business and contractual performance of a major customer account, ensuring compliance, financial control, and cross-functional coordination across all projects and deliveries within the account.

Key responsibilities

Account-Level Ownership

• Own overall program performance across multiple projects, ensuring alignment between contract, delivery, and financial targets.

• Safeguard MilDef’s commercial position.

Contract and Commercial Governance

• Drive the operationalization of contract terms while managing variations and change orders across the project lifecycle.

• Ensure documentation compliance and monitor contractual obligations and liabilities.

Financial Performance

• Own and drive account-level financial follow-up, monitoring margin and cost development against forecast.

• Lead corrective actions on deviations and support alignment of revenue recognition to ensure financial accuracy and performance.

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Align cross-functional stakeholders to optimize total account outcome.

• Escalate structural risks and ensure effective decision-making.

Risk and Compliance Management

• Maintain risk register and lead mitigation planning across commercial and operational risks.

• Ensure export control and regulatory compliance.

Customer Governance

• Lead customer program reviews and act as primary business escalation point.

What you bring

• 5+ years of senior program management experience in regulated industry (defense preferred).

• Strong contractual understanding.

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English. German would be beneficial.

• Engaging and strong leadership skills, easily getting followship from team.

• Able to operate in a matrix organization with program-driven delivery.

• Financial acumen.

• Structured governance and risk management mindset.

• Executive communication capability.
